The belief system of a “person” or “society” is the set of beliefs that they have about what is right and wrong and what is true and false in their own life.
How are belief systems created?
Beliefs are formed between the age of 0- 7 years old. They are early experiences in our lives and how we interpreted life experiences and understand them. As children we make up stories according to our experiences. We believe that these stories are the truth. These unconscious processes are created through the psyche in our mind abs are powerful since these programs molds our personality, affect all our decisions and how we behave. When these unconscious programs (imprints) are negative because of trauma or neglect, the person can grow up with survival coping mechanisms that are self defeating.
Negative thoughts of unworthiness
Feelings of being unlovable
Low self esteem or a feeling of being flawed
Recreating traumatic experiences cause it’s familiar
